Crested Caracara JN049526

Crested Caracara, Caracara cheriway, (older name – polyborus plancus) at the Javelina-Martin ranch and refuge near McAllen, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley. This ranch and conservation refuge is part of a coalition of ranchers in the Rio Grande Valley which promotes restoration of natural habitats for native species.
